As part of the 2019 Assafora Carnival, the renewed "Cabeçudos da Assafora" were created with the hand of the artist Silva Nuno, who made the character of the popular "Zé Povinho" and the President of the Republic "Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa" from a block of styrofoam ".
